Karnataka Engineers House Building CoOperative Society

Engineers are pillars of Building the nation. Karnataka State Engineers have great reputation not only in the state but also nationwide. Engineers are responsible for creation and development of infrastructure such as buildings, roads, flyovers, major and minor irrigation projects, housing, railways, communication projects. However, many of the engineers do not have their exclusive housing facilities. Visualising this need Karnataka Engineers House Building Co-operative Society Ltd was formed. Karnataka Engineers House Building Co-operative Society Ltd has been formed during the year 2011 as registered society with the registrar of co-operative societies, GoK vide Reg. No. HSG-2/34/HHS/38556/2010-2011 (dtd 23rd Dec 2011) and has enrolled 1086 members.

Who can enroll as a member of Karnataka Engineers Housing Cooperative Society:

Membership to Karnataka Engineers Housing Cooperative Society is open to Graduate Engineers & Diploma Holders only. Membership is subject to approval of Management.

A Very small percentage of memberships are open to non-engineering graduates as associate members of the society. Associate members will not have voting powers. Please check with our office for more details and availability under this category.

Glimpses of our Projects:

Due to over whelming response to the project Engineers Enclave II we are pleased to announce formation of a new project Engineers Enclave III covering 20 Acares of land in survey no 87 of Tarahunase Village, Jala Hobli, Yelhanka Taluk in Bengaluru Urban District, for formation of around 250 sites of different dimensions. Actions is initiated to acquire land and advance amount has been paid to the Developer to proceed with the formalities required for formation of state-of0the art layout. It is scheduled to complete the project within the shortest duration.

During the recent proclamation of Government of Karnataka, Tarahunse Village is included in the proposed Greater Bengaluru Authority. Thus our proposed housing project will get all the amenities of Brand Bengaluru. We invite the members of our society to seize the opportunity to own their coveted site in this prime location. The members who are interested in the sites are requested to register their name indicating the size and by paying an advance of Rs.500/Sq.ft thourgh cheque or DD drawn in favor of "Karnataka Engineers House Building Co-Operative Society" along with their AADHAAR and PAN cards as proof of residential address, 4 passport size photos and Engineering Degree or Diploma certificates.
