Engineers Enclave - II

In order to provide sites to the remaining members, the society has taken up a new project “Engineers Enclave II” at Bettenahalli, Maragondanahalli Village, KundanaHobli, Devanahalli Taluk, Bengaluru – rural district. 18 Acres of land will be available in Sy Nos. 21/11, 21/12, 21/P1, 21/30 of Maragondanahalli, SyNos 162, 162/1, 162/2, 162/21, 162/24. 262/36.162/37.162/42 of Bettenahalli and Sy no 236 of Taruhunse Village, for forming about 225 sites of various dimensions. Action is being initiated for conversion of land from Agricultural to residential use by the Deputy Commissioner, Bengaluru Rural District and approval of layout plan by the “Bengaluru International Airport Area Planning Authority” (BIAPPA), including obtaining no objection certificates from the competent statutory Authorities.

The members who are interested in the sites are requested to register their name indicating the size of the site and by paying an advance amount through cheque or DD drawn in favor of “Karnataka Engineers House Building Cooperative Society” along with voter ID card / Driving License / AADHAR / Passport / as proof of residential address and 4 passport photos.

Membership to Karnataka Engineers Housing Cooperative Society is open to Graduate Engineers & Diploma Holders only. Membership is subject to approval of Management.
